Rachael Fabbro brings nearly three decades of experience across the property sector, with a strong foundation spanning both commercial and residential real estate. She began her career in 1997 in property management and has since held senior leadership, sales and operational roles across investment services, development and agency.
Rachael’s commercial experience includes Burgess Rawson and the Deague Group, where she developed a strong understanding of investment-grade assets and client advisory. Notably, she managed the founders’ portfolio at Burgess Rawson, providing end-to-end oversight and a highly tailored approach to asset management and performance.
Earlier in her career, Rachael held senior sales roles in Melbourne’s residential market, including with Kay & Burton, RT Edgar and Jellis Craig. This experience, combined with managing her own property portfolio, gives her a well-rounded and practical understanding of property from both a client and advisory perspective.
She holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (psychology) which underpins her considered, people-focused approach to transactions and relationships. Known for her integrity, clear communication and attention to detail, Rachael takes a hands-on, end-to-end approach to every campaign.
Outside of work, Rachael is a proud mum to Antony, and a passionate renovator with a keen interest in architecture, project management and landscape design.
