Neville is one of North Queensland’s most trusted and accomplished commercial property agents, with extensive experience across all facets of Commercial & Industrial Sales and Leasing including office, medical, retail, fast food, large format retail, industrial warehousing and distribution, development land and hotels.

His depth of property knowledge extends the entire length of Queensland’s east coast, from Brisbane to Cairns including Rockhampton, Mackay and Townsville, underpinned by long-term, valued relationships with clients across Australia.

Neville’s passion for the industry ensures he remains true to his grass roots, where establishing relationships with all businesses, large and small, has seen him develop a major network of repeat buyers, helping them achieve their property growth aspirations.

Since commencing his property career in 2003 he has consistently achieved record results in the region, including Castlerock’s $145 million portfolio acquisitions in Mackay and Townsville – recognised as one of the largest office transactions ever achieved outside of Brisbane. Neville’s career has notably included the successful negotiation of various large-scale leases, including the delivery of the new Dairy Farmers (now Bega) North Queensland Distribution Centre in Townsville.

Prior to joining Burgess Rawson, Neville led the Sales & Leasing division at Colliers Townsville. Neville’s experience in the property industry also includes working within a private Queensland-based property development firm (2012-2015), exposing him to various land development, residential and commercial projects across the state.
