TAB Sells Metro & South West Sites

The State Government’s Racing and Wagering is selling all of its TAB sites in Perth and the South West. Selling through Burgess Rawson’s Rob Selid and Chris Tonich, the eight metropolitan and South West sites are located in Bellevue, Bunbury, Duncraig, Forrestfield, Kelmscott, Mt Lawley, Rockingham and Subiaco. They each have varying sizes and zoning.

“With a multitude of possible uses (STCA) as well as development upside in many of the portfolio’s locations, the properties will no doubt attract interest from a broad range of buyers,” Mr Tonich said.

Mr Selid said TABs were typically located in high-profile, high-exposure areas which will be an attractive selling point. The agents are seeking offers by June 22.
