State’s Market ‘On Fire’

A Melbourne-based real estate agent has declared the WA market is “on fire” after a positive result in a recent auction. Burgess Rawson Melbourne-based agent Shaun Venables said some recently auctioned Perth properties attracted bids from buyers in every Australian State and overseas. “Bentley Hotel opened our auction in Melbourne, which is testament to how highly everyone rated the property,” he said. “It attracted 82 bids from every State of Australia, plus overseas. For it to go for more than $10 million was an incredible result. The enthusiasm for properties in Western Australia is testament to how strong the State economy is.”
