An east coast investor has bought a commercial site in Highgate from local retirees Elizabeth and Peter Emby for $3 million. Burgess Rawson’s Luke Randazzo and Tim Pittaway sold and settled off-market 324 Lord street Highgate, a two-story 980sqm property with net income of $195,000 per annum. The site is fully leased to Champion’s Gym, escape room Escape this and business improvement and recruitment agency Aston advantage.
