Commercial Zoning for Oceanfront Site

A major piece of coastal land is up for grabs, with the listing of a 5992sqm oceanfront development site in Secret Harbour. Located at Lot 1 Palermo Cove, the site is zoned for a multitude of uses, including residential development and the construction of a tavern, childcare centres, medical facilities or short-stay accommodation. There is no price guide for the block, but as an indication, the 1.3ha block at 434 Safety Bay Road, Safety Bay, recently sold for $3.75 million.

Burgess Rawson’s Rob Selid and Chris Tonich expect strong interest. “Situated in an absolute oceanfront location adjacent to the iconic Secret Harbour Golf Links and minutes from Secret Harbour Square Shopping Centre, coastal development sites such as this are not often available to purchase,” Mr Selid said. The property will be sold via offers, closing on Wednesday, June 1.
