A fast food and convenience retail investment is listed for sale at Cameron Park.

Offering a 15-year lease to 2038 plus options, EG Cameron Park at 180 Portland Drive is being sold with agency, Burgess Rawson.

The property occupies a substantial 3,874 square metre site directly adjoining McDonald’s and the Woolworths-anchored Cameron Park Plaza.

It includes a fuel and convenience store retailer, with favourable annual CPI rent reviews plus landlord-favourable, net lease terms with the tenant responsible for all usual outgoings.

It also includes a fast-food drive-thru facility offering tax depreciation benefits, according to Burgess Rawson agent Campbell Bowers. The net income is $450,000 per annum.
