Matthew’s achievements include being awarded the Property Council of Australia’s Future Leader of the Year (Tasmania), and he has been recognised as one of the youngest partners within a global property agency.
His experience spans some of Australia’s most significant transactions, including Channel Court Shopping Centre for Challenger Limited and the $150 million Parliament Square development for Citta Property Group. He has also advised on campaigns involving blue-chip brands such as McDonald’s, KFC, Subway and Woolworths.
Matthew commenced his real estate career in 2008 with Knight Frank, quickly establishing himself as a top performer in freehold commercial sales, and has since developed broad capability across the key commercial property sectors.
