He was employed as a valuer by Colliers International in Sydney in their professional valuation department before joining CBRE in 1993. He quickly became an important member of the team and an integral driver of the CBRE business through its growth phase throughout the 1990’s and into 2000’s. He became a Director and part owner of CBRE Sydney in 1999. On the back of such longevity, he is naturally proud of how much the company has matured in terms of brand awareness, increased market share and competing head on with all the major commercial agencies.

Simon is a Director & Shareholder of CBRE New South Wales, bringing to his role over three decades’ experience in commercial property in both the UK and Australia.

Since joining CBRE in 1993, Simon has been integral to CBRE’s expansion, he is naturally proud of the company’s increased brand awareness, market share and Flagship Portfolio Auction evolution.

His valuation training in the UK has provided a solid foundation for dealing with all facets of commercial property throughout his career, Simon continuously showcases his expertise in investment sales, primarily on behalf of private and institutional investors.

As a highly regarded commercial property expert, Simon continues to play an active role within the agency, transacting significant sales within a large variety of asset classes nationwide.
