He spent five years in commercial property valuation and advisory before joining CBRE four years ago.

A notable transaction includes the $22.6 million sale of 215 Campbell Road, Canning Vale in 2025, which set a benchmark for large format retail in WA. His ability to identify opportunities and connect the right partners ensures optimal outcomes for vendors and investors navigating significant property transactions.
A licensed Land Valuer and Real Estate Sales Representative, Lachlan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, majoring in Property Valuation and Development. His track record of excellence has been consistently recognised by CBRE with career achievements including the CBRE WA Emerging Talent Award in 2022, participation in the CBRE Retail Accelerator Program in 2024, receiving the CBRE WA Executive Committee Award in 2025 and receiving the 2026 Western Australia Managing Director Award at the CBRE Circle of Excellence.
A Perth local with deep roots in WA’s outdoors culture, he spent his childhood exploring with a particular affinity for the South-west, Kimberley, Pilbara and mid-west WA. Outside work, he’s an avid waterman, passionate about surfing, boating, swimming and hydrofoiling, while also actively investing in his own property portfolio.
