With 11 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Chloe is an Associate Director at CBRE, bringing a broad, cross-sector perspective to capital markets across Western Australia. Her expertise covers QSR, convenience retail, childcare, hotels and taverns, large format retail, neighbourhood centres and development sites, allowing her to advise across diverse asset classes.

Her career includes leading JLL’s Hotels and Hospitality business in Perth, alongside earlier roles within CBRE’s Hotels division.  Prior to property, she worked in business development for an ASX-listed mining services firm. Chloe holds a REIWA Sales Representative registration and a qualification in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management through Cornell University.

Standout achievements include being named WA Employee of the Year in 2025 and achieving Circle of Excellence in Capital Markets in 2026. She also led a complex two-year campaign involving 65 owners, negotiating the sale of an 81-lot strata hotel in one line, delivering a result nearly 35 per cent above individual outcomes.
