Based in New South Wales, Angus is a Negotiator at CBRE with extensive experience in commercial real estate, all within the Sydney Private Wealth team.
Angus began his career at CBRE, building his expertise from day one in investment sales across apartment blocks, mixed-use freeholds and premium tenanted commercial assets. He has developed strong market knowledge across Metro markets, with additional exposure to childcare and essential services investments.
A standout achievement includes the sale of 15–19 Parraween Street, Cremorne for $18.5 million in 2024, the largest childcare transaction in New South Wales since 2019. The campaign required close management, clear buyer targeting and strong conviction in a challenging market environment.
Angus is known for his disciplined and prepared approach, with a focus on building genuine relationships and maintaining a clear view of pipeline and conversion. He prioritises understanding the buyer pool, consistent communication and delivering outcomes aligned to client objectives.
