Dana Thomas and Jane Mei join Burgess Rawson

Burgess Rawson’s assets management team expands with key appointments, Dana Thomas as Burgess Rawson Victorian Head of Asset Management and Jane Mei Asset Manager – Asian Investment Services.

 

Dana Thomas has recently joined Burgess Rawson as the Victorian Head of Asset Management. Ms Thomas brings with her an impressive 20-year career in the real estate industry marked by her successful oversight of dynamic property portfolios in both Western Australia and Victoria.

Previously the Tenancy and Leasing Manager at Melbourne’s iconic Federation Square, Ms Thomas was more recently a Senior Asset Manager with CVA where successfully managed 170 retail, commercial and industrial assets across Melbourne’s inner and outer regions. Ms Thomas also worked with JLL and Coles Group.

The agency has also welcomed Jane Mei to our continually growing Burgess Rawson team as an Asset Manager – Asian Investment Services. With a diverse and well-rounded background in the industry, Jane has cultivated high-level skills and expertise in asset management through working with property conglomerates and expanded her experience in sales, and leasing through her tenure at global agencies CBRE and JLL.

Ms Mei has gained extensive exposure to a wide range of asset classes, including landmark CBD office buildings, major shopping and distribution centers, early education facilities, and convenience retail spaces, among others.
