Burgess Rawson has two new investment offerings, in Geraldton and Wangara.

The Domino’s Pizza shop on First Street, Wonthella, in Geraldton, pictured right, generates $60,937 a year in rent.

The industrial property on Innovation Circuit, Wangara, which is leased to ASX-listed smash repairer Gemini, earns $262,600 in annual rent. Both will be offered in Melbourne on August 4.

Burgess Rawson director Rob Selid said both opportunities had generated strong interest.

He said Domino’s was sought after as an entry-level investment while the Gemini property was deemed a very solid industrial investment.
