A SERVICE station and 7-Eleven convenience store on the Warrego Highway will head to auction next month.
The property on James St in Harristown, opposite Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, boasts an annual income of more than $400,000.
Brisbane-based agency Burgess Rawson will handle the auction on May 8.
Agent Glenn Conridge highlighted several of the strengths of the 2400sq m servo in the online listing, including the “15 year lease to 2020” and strong positioning “on a major arterial road”.
“(The) head office lease is to 7-Eleven Stores Pty Ltd, with over 650 stores nationally,” he wrote online.
“This is a high profile location opposite Woolworths (and) Clifford Garden Shopping Centre.”
The property has changed hands four times since 1999, with the most recent sale back in 2013 for $3.275 million.
According to RP Data, the servo is owned by Brisbane-based entity James Street Toowoomba Pty Ltd.
