Service stations, a kindergarten and a retail outlet in a CBD laneway are among the assets that will go under the hammer in Burgess Rawson’s 71st Auction, which will be held in the River Room at Crown Casino this Wednesday at 11am.
The assets include an automotive complex in Glen Waverley, at 615-621 Ferntree Gully Road on the corner with Springvale Road. The tenants are a Shell service station, a Coles Express, and Michelin and Ultra Tune outlets.
Also up for grabs are a corner investment block opposite Frankston railway station; a United service station at 50 Mahoneys Road, Thomastown; an Eltham College Kids Child Care and Kindergarten at 94 Taylors Lane in Wallan; and an outlet now used as a cafe at 20 Coromandel Place, off Little Collins Street at the Paris end of the CBD.
