$30 million deal brokered by Burgess Rawson

Satterley Property Group is planning to build up to 420 homes in Forrestfield after buying the old Western Power site on Hawtin Road from the state government for $30 million.

The sale of the land is part of the state governments asset sales program, which took another step forward today with progress on the sale of one of the flagship assets on the block, the Utah Point port in Port Hedland.

The $30 million deal was brokered by real estate agency Burgess Rawson.
